EU negotiating texts in TTIP

The European Commission, in an attempt to make the TTIP negotiations more transparent, has published the negotiating texts on-line together with factsheets.

The SME chapter can be found under “part 3 Rules.” As the next Advisory Committe meeting is on the 16th January we would welcome any comments on these texts and especially the SME chapter before this date, but we understand that this is a quite short deadline.
